Bellenden 2024
Bellenden is a small portable table lamp whose character is derived from the flared shape of the shade. It is at once minimal but friendly. The waxed aluminium finish has a surprising softness to the touch and despite its raw appearance, the lamp offers a welcoming quality of light.
The armature comprises a 35mm stock aluminium tube. This is large enough to house a rechargeable battery and provides a pleasing dimension to hold when carrying. The tube also accommodates a counter-weight to add stability. Illumination is provided by a replaceable G4 LED bulb.
The lamp is dimmable via a touch sensor.
